Each Session is customized base on your needs but will include the following:

3. Analysis of your current menu, pricing and schedule.
4. Current business report presentation that includes your hourly averages and estimated profit and loss.

With this information we work together to:

2. Estimate your new profit and loss based on the changes we made.
3. Generate an annual operating budget.
4. Model how to pay yourself and choose a bookkeeping option.
5. Create budgets for back bar, products, and supplies.
6. Create standard mixing ratios for services.
7. Show you when and how to charge for more product.
8. Teach you how to use your new menu and transition your clients.
